This beautiful design is crafted in an 18kt white gold setting with yellow gold details surrounding a stunning natural yellow oval sapphire. The sapphire is embraced by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds which continue along the split band.

Sapphire is the birthstone for September, and celebrates a 5th or 45th anniversary.
